So Jenn thinks she’s lost her phone. Understandably, she’s agitated and worried that she won’t be able to communicate with her friends or work. What she doesn’t seem to realize, however, is that she messaged her friend on the phone in question. She didn’t realize that it was her phone and it wasn’t lost. She continued thinking it was her friends. Her friend patiently lets her work it out in her mind before gently nudging her in the right direction and letting her know that she is indeed texting her from her phone.
