It’s common to see workmen out in teams. They work together to get the job done faster, to be more efficient, and sometimes because the ladder is too short. Showing great teamwork, when one ladder isn’t long enough, the obvious answer is to get a six-foot-tall man to put it on his shoulders.
It looks like he might have been struggling a bit to keep the ladder as high as it needed to be. We’re not sure how this ended, but probably not in a job well done.
