Some employees just have dedication beyond what is expected. Everyone likes to do a good job, but usually there’s a limit. These guys have not yet reached that limit. One ladder clearly will not get the job done, so they decided to think creatively and ended up with this set-up.
This may have been successful, winning the workers great praise and increased pay from their boss for thinking so practically. Sure. What else could have possibly happened in this scenario?
