The Harry Potter series does a good job of introducing ideas of discrimination using the argument of pure blood wizards versus those who associate with Muggles (non wizard folk). The Malfoys are perhaps the most discriminatory family in this regard, and they absolutely hate both Muggles and wizards who associate with them.
With this in mind, it’s not all that weird to think that they hate all Muggle technology…including toilets. Kinda nasty, but it makes sense. Maybe they just disparate their waste away? We have no idea, to be honest.
