Appearing in the show was one of the first times Debbie starred on the small screen, but it was by no means the last. In fact, not long after the actress played the part of Diana, she secured herself the part of Lydia Grant in the musical-drama series Fame.
Over the years, Debbie has continued to appear in various shows until she landed her current role as Catherine Avery in the medical drama Grey’s Anatomy – a character she has played for seven years so far.
