This must have been a total bummer for whoever bought this charger. You probably should look where you’re cutting when opening up a package like this. We understand that these hard plastic packages are always a total pain to get into.
However, rushing into it too fast can cause you to cut right through the charger. Now, this person has to go buy another one. There is no way they would let her return this one for a refund.
