Ok, this is way too funny to get mad about. Of course it would be annoying to drive all the way home, only to discover you didn’t get what you ordered. But in this case, the misunderstanding is actually very understandable. The guy said “only ketchup”, so he got buns with only ketchup. Next time, it’s probably best to specify you don’t want any veggies on your burger – but you still want an actual burger.
