The steadfast mother let the eye rolls and comments roll off her back. She settled into her row with her kids. She took her spot on the aisle side with two kids off to her right, and her eldest son took the aisle seat directly to her left.
She felt pretty good about this layout. She could keep a close eye on the two youngest boys, and she had her oldest son directly next to her. It should’ve been a simple trip, and she was content with this arrangement.
