The good news was that Anton was a smart kid, and as soon as he realized the airline’s mistake, he sent a text to his mother. He informed her that they had messed up and he was now on a plane to Germany, not Stockholm.
The mother immediately sprung into action. After she got the text, she picked up her phone to call the airline directly to let them know of their error. Except, despite her frantic and repeated calls, they weren’t picking up the phone!
