We can basically get anything at the touch of a screen now, and people seem to have forgotten what it’s like to be patient. This person really wanted to pick up a sofa bed, and they couldn’t even wait a couple of minutes without hassling the seller.
Eventually they got a response but blamed the sofa seller for making them late to pick up their daughter. They then demanded a reduction in price, but got a pretty nasty comment in reply, shutting down the whole deal in a few words.
