Yet again, what on earth could explain this photograph? The person who took it must have had the same curiosity as we have, because flip flops and a bicycle lock are two things that don’t usually go together.
Was the person wearing flip flops chained up by the lock? Are we witnessing the evidence left behind from the world’s strangest kidnapping case? Well, the truth is, we may never know, but there’s a perfectly decent pair of flip flops going to waste.
