Although everything had been pointing in his favor, one thing stood in the way of Oliver’s success. Unfortunately, because the cinder blocks had already been cemented in place, the county couldn’t do anything to help the senior citizen.
The case was apparently out of their control at that point, and it was down to Lynch to sort it out. Understandably, he wasn’t too happy about that, especially as he wasn’t responsible for the issue in the first place. Luckily, it wasn’t long before he worked out how to resolve his problem.
