[post_page_title]Um, have you guys tried being BETTER PARENTS?[/post_page_title]
The second movie has Doc taking Marty and Jennifer back to the future because their son, Marty Jr., got locked up after being goaded into committing a crime. Even worse, he was followed by their daughter when she tried busting him out.
But, um, shouldn’t simply telling them about their future son’s exact mistakes be enough for them to take proactive measures – as his parents – to make sure he doesn’t make them? Like, oh, telling him to stay home that day? There was really no need for time travel. Added bonus – Marty never buys the Sports Almanac and inadvertently writes the future into a dystopia!
