[post_page_title]How is anyone okay with Biff still being around?[/post_page_title]
Let’s talk about the supposed utopian 1985 Marty goes back to at the end of the first movie. Apart from the successful, happy versions of his family, Marty also finds Biff Tannen there, apparently working as George’s menial servant. It’s a nice role-reversal from the original 1985 timeline, and obviously we’re supposed to be satisfied that the mean bully finally got his karmic comeuppance.
But really think about the situation for a minute. Why would successful, confident George need to keep Biff around? And more importantly, in what universe would Lorraine agree to sharing the same space with the man who assaulted her in high school?
