George and Lorraine get set up by a guy they know as Marty in 1955, and this is after Lorraine’s initial preference was Marty himself (yikes). At some point later, they have three kids, with the third – the one they named after him – growing up to look completely identical to their matchmaker. George does get painted as a bit of a sap, but… surely he should’ve wondered?
Despite only knowing Marty for a short time, there’s no way either George or Lorraine would forget him to the degree of not noticing their son grew up to perfectly resemble his namesake. That’s some Twilight Zone stuff!
