[post_page_title]Chef Boyardee[/post_page_title]
We’re not sure what the real Chef Boyardee – or Boiardi, as it was actually spelled – would make of his brand no longer being popular. His cans of food have been keeping people well-fed since the ‘20s, but nearly a century later, they’re hardly eaten anymore.
A large part of the brand’s decline is due to questions about the nutritional value of its products. People tend to pay more attention to what’s in their food nowadays, and Chef Boyardee simply doesn’t offer the health benefits that consumers expect.
