When using a public restroom one thing that makes the unpleasant experience that little bit more bearable is knowing you have your privacy. Imagine then sitting down on this toile and finding out that anyone can just come along and take a good look at you while you relieve yourself.
The stall doors are essentially useless, and they might as well not even be there for all the good they are going to do. The best option here is to get in and get out as soon as possible.
