A humanitarian, businesswoman, and actress; it looked as though Elizabeth Taylor had conquered it all during her time in Hollywood. The star started her career back in the ‘40s when she appeared in the comedy movie There’s One Born Every Minute. From there, she moved on to appear in the likes of the sports film National Velvet and the comedy movie Father of the Bride.
As if that wasn’t enough, Elizabeth also found time to walk down the aisle no less than eight times, twice with actor Richard Burton. All her time in the spotlight has seen the star become known as one of the leading faces of the Golden Age of Hollywood, with her jewelry collection and various fragrances continuing to sell to this day. Elizabeth passed away in 2011 after suffering from heart failure, but that didn’t stop her from earning a steady $8 million throughout 2017.
