Many actors have built their name as the anti-hero, and it looks as though Steve McQueen was no exception. The star’s time at the top means that even all these years later, he is still one of the most talked about actors of the time. As well as appearing in a handful of recent commercials, Steve McQueen also has several memorabilia collections, such as a Porsche clothing line.
Steve’s creations continue to fly off the shelves and earned him an impressive $9 million throughout 2016. Sadly, the world has still never forgotten his sudden passing. Steve was first diagnosed with cancer in 1979, and it wasn’t long before he learned there was nothing that could be done. Even so, Steve opted for a dangerous surgery that saw him lose his life just hours after the op in 1980.
