Equipped with a lawyer, Dan was determined to fight his local police to keep Diggy! He was convinced the case would be an easy one as the officers were wrong on his breeding and therefore Diggy should stay. Having been part of their family now, it would have been devastating to hand poor Diggy back over for the couple, but would they be successful in their battle?
Determined not to quit, Dan thanked everyone on his social media page for the support they were giving him.
