Pipes are designed to be sturdy, but it can never hurt to make sure that they’re properly secured to the wall – which is why people have handy brackets like the one seen in the picture. However, as you might be able to tell, the bracket on this wall has been installed just too high up for the pipe to reach.
As such, the person living here has had to do some quick thinking and tie the pipe to the bracket – and hope that it’ll do the job.
