We’re guessing someone saw that this person really struggles to see the yellow lines on the floor, so they decided to help them out. It’s kind of like learning to ride a bike using stabilizers, this person will now be able to use the yellow line as a guide for what not to do.
Unfortunately, that’s not really the case, and someone had to make a point that you shouldn’t take up more than your allotted space as someone else could park there. They’re gonna have fun trying to get that off.
