It seems someone has literally decided to trash the driver’s car. After all, they have decided to park in front of the trash cans, and if it was collection day, well tough, you become the trash can. Not to mention a rather obvious message about what they think of their parking.
It wasn’t a tough situation to work out, so why this person would even want to risk parking their car there is beyond us. They’re going to be washing that smell off for at least a week.
