This woman named Adele posted a list of things she gets just because she shares a name with the famous British singer. “People asking if we’re related” is our favorite one, because how is having the same first name any indication of being related to someone?
“People asking if I’m named after her” is also a great one, considering that the woman who tweeted the message is 38, while Adele, the singer, is 31. “At least people can spell my name now,” she writes. Gotta look at the bright side of things.
