Technology has a huge impact in people’s lives, even more if they happen to share a name with a popular virtual assistant. But when answering the question “what piece of pop culture has ruined your first name?”, this woman made a good point.
She’s named Alexa, and she exposed two things – first, how uncreative people can be with their jokes. And second, how rude they can be. Telling someone you hardly know “Alex, do_______” is not nice!
