This pair don’t need a flying house or their sidekicks to make their costume come to life. The blue dress, ruby slippers, and the little dog give us all the clues we need. They’re Dorothy and Toto from the fantasy film ‘The Wizard of Oz.’
Everything from the details in the costume to her pose have been pulled off to perfection with this Halloween look. The only thing we think that’s missing is the famous Yellow brick road. Hopefully, they could still find Emerald City.
