It’s funny how much technology has progressed in such a short amount of time. It wasn’t that long ago that freakin’ Steamboat Willie was the most high tech animation that anybody could pull off. And now we are watching movies filled with realistic portals and a guy who basically looks like Squidward in 4K. How amazing is that?
Also, sidenote, if they ever make a gritty live action Spongebob movie, we’re pretty sure that this guy needs to play Squidward. It just makes sense. Who else is up to the job? It’s not like they’re gonna hire Davy Jones.
