As far as we know, you don’t really get a choice in the matter. Just like you can’t choose boy or girl, you can’t choose whether your child will be demonic or not.
The possessed kid is yet another popular horror movie trope, and seeing what should be an innocent child behave in sinister ways never stops creeping us out. Fortunately enough however, it seems like having an evil, demonic child is only likely to happen if you’re a parent in a horror movie. So no need for the rest of us to worry.
