Having children behave in a way that’s eerie or just out of character, is a sure trick to give the audience goosebumps. And when the kids start singing lullabies, especially if they’re also holding some creepy looking doll, you know things are only going to get worse from then on.
Whether the child is possessed, or channeling ghosts, or not actually the child the parents think they are – it’s sure to be a scary ride all the way to the end credits.
