Why, oh why do people in horror movies always decide to split up? Did no one teach them there’s power in numbers? This is especially true for the teen horror genre.
There’s always that group of friends who are in a cabin in the woods, or in their school at night, right when a killer is terrorizing the area. Young, naive, and arguably pretty stupid, they always decide to split up for some arbitrary reason – which is exactly why most of them don’t survive.
