It is not uncommon for graffiti to generally be full of crude language and vulgar expressions. This vandal decided that they would take a different approach, and express the general motive of their tagging, which is to convey swear words of frustration without actually spelling out these words.
Sometimes, it’s the spirit of things which send an equally strong message, and in this case the graffiti artist’s message is as clear as those that explicitly tag vulgar language: they are both letting out some swear words.
