A freshly painted wall almost screams to vandals that there’s an opportunity for a fresh graffiti. This person decided to remind everyone that no matter the attempts undertaken to deter their vandalism, they will persevere, no matter how many times their message is painted over.
Of course, this could also be taken as a courtesy message – to stop covering up this artist’s messages, because as frequent visitor to this wall, they will recreate their message as much as necessary.
