There are many ways to say that someone is pregnant. However, one of the most popular phrases is that they have a bun in the oven. Evidently, that was the inspiration for this couple’s pregnancy announcement, where the picture literally features a bun in the oven.
They figured that alone was self-explanatory, along with the caption about the baby’s due date. The father’s inspection of ‘What To Expect When You’re Expecting’ also gives the game away here, and he’s not the first man to look to this book for help.
