Le Quack is the secondary antagonist of the show Courage the Cowardly Dog. He’s a French con artist duck who always tries to steal large amounts of money, and he’s described as “decisive” and “skilled,” but honestly, we have our doubts about that.
Look at this scene where he’s handcuffed by the cops, for example. Does that even make any sense? You don’t exactly need to be an evil mastermind when the handcuffs are twice the size of your wrists.
