This might be lacking on logic, but we’re actually with Jerry on this one. Sure, he doesn’t wear clothes on a daily basis – except when he goes to the beach, in which case it’s time to reach for those stylish bathing suits -, but that doesn’t mean Tom can peek on him while he’s taking a bath.
Any bathroom-related moments are supposed to be private, unless otherwise stated, and Tom was obviously not given consent to join in, so walk away, dude!
