This is a different type of funny cartoon logic – one that doesn’t involve wardrobe choices, or physics, but wacky explanations for how a character acts throughout a story.
How did we not notice this when we first watched this Disney film when we were kids? Prince Charming supposedly fell in love with Cinderella at the ball, but then he didn’t know what she looked like, and the best way for him to find her again was to put a shoe on every girl in the kingdom? Err… okay.
