This example of cartoon logic is something we didn’t notice even as adults, but now that it’s been brought to our attention, we can’t stop thinking about it. In Tarzan, he spends the first part of the movie using “animal language,” but when he does start to learn English…
…He speaks with an American accent, even though he’s being taught by an English girl. We probably never realized this because he doesn’t have that many lines in the movie, but how cool would it have been if he had developed a posh English accent?
