Spending lazy days by the pool in the bright sun would make most anyone jealous. This person pulled a fast one on viewers when he pretended to be living his best life by the water. One important part of pulling off a social media dupe is not exposing yourself as a fraud, so he was obviously just joking around with his first frame.
