Sadly, it seems that the image of the Ellen Show being a perfect haven of kindness is falling apart. Whether the serious allegations are true or not is unclear, but it’s beginning to become hard to deny just how many different people have claimed that working on the show is a bad experience.
One employee said that there “is a lot of smoke and mirrors when it comes to the show’s brand” and that things are not quite as they seem from the outside.
