Some claim that it’s Ellen’s job, as she is the one who the show is named after. Others say that it is up to the executive producers.
Indeed, the executive producers themselves have taken responsibility, saying that “the day to day responsibility of the Ellen show is completely on” them. The fact that they are striving for accountability is encouraging.
