In addition to the claims that Ellen is rude or just plain weird to work with, a few more serious ones have started to bubble to the surface since the wave of tweets about her has gone viral.
A black employee of the Ellen Show claims that the staff who worked on the program would regularly be racist towards her and perform micro aggressions that both made her uncomfortable and made it challenging to do her job. She also said that there was a culture on the show that allowed these events to continue happening.
