The cop in question, Officer Benitez, was just minding his own business, eating his breakfast when he saw the young boy looking at him. Was he aware that he was the son of the lady he had given so many parking tickets to recently?
Benitez assumed that Noah was there with his mother, but couldn’t help noticing that he kept looking over at him. He feared that the small boy was about to come over to him and start an argument.
