Funerals are one of the hardest things we have to deal with in life. They are a time to reflect and remember the loved one we have lost, and for some, it is a time to allow yourself to feel all the sad emotions you may have bottled up before the service.
While Amanda was at her father’s funeral, mourning such a significant loss, but also trying to keep it together, more bad news was waiting for her. When she got back to her car, she realized that she had been given a ticket from her local police station. The police didn’t know anything about the struggles Amanda was facing personally, but she was beginning to think the world was truly against her. Little did she know, this wasn’t the end of her string of bad luck.
