After receiving the note and having his breakfast paid for, Officer Benitez hung out with Noah and his mom for a little while; they even took a photo of them together! After the officer said good-bye, Amanda never expected to see him again.
But, after he’d left the restaurant, he made a phone call that would turn Amanda’s bad few days around. The officer had rung his captain and asked if her tickets could be voided and canceled. This made Amanda so overwhelmingly happy – finally, some good luck!
