This photo was taken right before the owner of this vehicle returned to find his car gated behind security fences, and he was very, very angry, to say the least. If you ask us, he had it coming to him.
He can clearly see the area he’s parked in is currently in the middle of building works – he’s right next to a pile of dirt and rubble! Then again, after his fit of rage, do you think he realized he could simply lift the metal gates out of their slot and put them back in again?
