While Brenda had every right to be upset at the airline, it’s a safe bet to say that encountering thoughtless and rude people midflight can definitely be a far worse experience. The boy, while inconvenienced, got to his destination safely after the initial hiccup.
Even the outrage of having someone ask your child to move is small potatoes when compared to some of the other things that passengers have countered while in the air. If only everyone could mutually agree to be on their best behavior while flying!
