While nobody disagreed with her, a few people chimed in with their own experiences. One person remarked, “I once changed seats to allow a parent to sit with her child, but I’ve never heard of it being the other way around. Children are more important than Vegas newlyweds!”
Another added, “If it were me, I would give up my seat without a fuss, unless that seat was in some way worse than the one I had before. You’ve got to be selfish sometimes, especially when you’ve paid the extra fee.”
