We have no idea why this seller thought it was a reasonable price to sell this ‘garage’ for $400. The funniest part about it is that they state the condition as ‘good’ – but by the looks of things, the state of the land and the building itself is far from acceptable.
If the only reason they’re selling it is because it needs to be torn down, why on earth are they asking for money? It looks more like a derelict, abandoned dumping ground to us. Good riddance.
