To be fair, it’s easy to see how this could be seen as overly harsh. After all, is it a bad thing for people to be enthused about learning, and to want to participate to the fullest? Of course not. If anything, it should be encouraged.
However, even with that said, are people who eagerly put their hands up in class distinctly basic? They are indeed. That’s why, although this is certainly a painful roast, we can’t say that it’s inaccurate by any means.
