The creator of the original story that Game of Thrones was based on didn’t get away without some of the crew telling a story about him. George R. R. Martin was sent a script for season one and returned it to the showrunners in the mail, but there was a problem.
The envelope that Martin sent the script back in was empty when it arrived, and it looked as though the manuscript had fallen out. Everyone responsible for the show thought the entire first season’s script was going to be leaked.
